Flame Health are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager based in the north London area to join an expanding, and dynamic Optical business whose product pipeline is second to none.

The relationships that have been generated with Eye Care Practioners across Ireland and the UK are very strong and have helped the business become best in class. Personal Profile

• Demonstrable experience in defining and achieving bottom line results
• Awareness and ability to make a positive impact with prospective and existing customers
• Enviable track record of achievement gained from organisations that demonstrate and require strong interpersonal skills in order to influence at all levels of management
• Enhanced skills of listening and empathy
• Understanding of investigative questioning techniques
• Ability to manage a large geographical sales area
• Highly pro-active and able to work successfully alone as well as within a team to pre-determined objectives
