Lead GP / Site Clinical Lead - North Leeds
Salary up to £113,000 plus benefits! 
Flame Health are currently looking to recruit a Lead GP/Site Clinical Lead. You will be reporting to the Locality Clinical Lead and manage all the GPs within the fantastic North Leeds practice.
As the Lead GP you will be responsible for the delivery of and commitment to quality, patient outcome focused care; working closely with the site Practice Manager to develop the practice team to deliver efficient, effective and value for money care and service delivery.
Ideal candidate:

• An experienced doctor with GP accreditation
• Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list (with no conditions preventing working or restrictions on practice)
• Record of on-going CPD and learning
• MRCGP examination or equivalent experience
• Sound knowledge of clinical governance
• An understanding of the political agenda and drivers influencing primary care provision.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Good organisational and IT skills desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to working as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient focused services.
