Flame Health are currently recruiting for a popular Primary Care Practice and Walk-In Centre in Berkshire
Flame Health are looking for a Service Manager who can demonstrate leading multi-disciplinary teams within primary care, accident and emergency or walk-in centre environment and who makes things happen, through attitude, commerciality, organisational ability and a cool head. This is a high profile opportunity and a chance to change perceptions of the service across the business and make the role your own.
In return you will be offered strong support by building a robust infrastructure around your team in order for you to do what you do best - inspire your team, consisting of Deputy Service Manager, Lead Nurse, Clinical Lead and a well-established administration team.
For our Service Managers we require the following:

• Management experience of multi-disciplinary team in a primary care, accident and emergency or walk-in centre environment is essential
• Proven success in developing/reconfiguring services
• Practical experience in relation to the healthcare, including quality, financial and performance management, HR management and service/business development
• Change management/service improvement techniques
• Credible, influential communication ability adept at building long term relationships
