Flame Health are currently recruiting for a full or part-time Associate Dentist in Bournemouth. Candidates will be experienced in private and NHS dentistry, as they will be required to work on a mixed basis with and existing patient list. This is a wealthy area that will require a dentist with the ability and proven track record to sell private dentistry.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working privately and have a performer list number. The ability to sell treatment plans, and any other specialist interests, would help to substantially increase the dentist’s earnings.
The practice needs a committed person who can take deliver against a joint practice UDA target, while growing private sessions and patient numbers. There are 2000 - 5000 UDAs available, depending on their experience of selling private upgrades and the number of UDAs they wish to take on. The aim is to provide the latest dental techniques to the highest possible standards, in a friendly relaxing atmosphere. The Dentist and team will make every effort to make the patient’s dental experience as pleasant as possible.
