Flame Care are currently working alongside a national provider of specialist residential schools, care and education for children and young adults with autism, Asperger syndrome, severe learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs and their services are rated as ’trusted providers’ by Ofsted and CQC.
We are looking to recruit a Head of Care / Registered Manager for a 52/38 week residential school supporting students with autism and complex needs from ages 7-19, based within an active seaside town in Dorset.
This is a vital role within the Leadership Team, where you will be required to lead and manage all aspects of care services at the school.
Ideal Candidate:

• You will hold the relevant qualifications at NVQ Level 4 or QCF Diploma Level 5 and the Registered Managers Award
• You will have exceptional experience and be able to demonstrate your success in a similar care leadership role
• Experience of working effectively with people with learning difficulties and understand the varied challenges as well as rewards
• Have experience of delivering quality training

This is a full time opportunity with a fantastic salary of up to £55,000 (depending on experience) plus company benefits.
