Flame Health are looking for a dedicated candidate to take the role of Head of Surgeries. The successful person will have clear dedication to best practice and a passion for improving the health outcomes. You will be accountable for the clinical governance of the Buckinghamshire service, which encompasses the Urgent Care Centre and Open Access centre.
Our Client delivers care to 53,000 patients across its practices and sees over 180,000 patients through its walk in centres and urgent care centres. Working closely with the Clinical Commissioning Groups the team strives to provide optimum care health and is a high QoF achiever with a comprehensive approach to long term health care planning with an innovative view to patient care.
The Head of Surgeries will be responsible for the operations of all of the groups GP surgeries and will report to the Operations Director. You will lead a team to support existing relationships with patient groups, CCG’s, NHS England and other local partners. The Head of Surgeries will ensure that the company delivers its commitments to the NHS with regard quality, contractual terms and agreed financial performance.
To be considered for this position you must have complex multi-site experience, primary care experience is not required but would be essential.
