Dental Operations Manager - The South West of England
Flame Health Dentistry is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to cover the South West of England.
Our client is an established privately owned group of NHS and Private dental practices. The group take great pride in supplying high quality general dental care as well as specialist services both under the NHS and Private as well as offering payment schemes including Denplan.

They now require an Operations Manager to maximise the performance of practice managers, ensuring delivery of area business plan whilst supporting the overall company mission and vision, and achieving profitability through strong and effective leadership. By joining this company you can expect to work within a reactive, fast paced, corporate dentistry industry who are a highly compliant with high customer focus. This would be a home based role with extensive travel.
Knowledge, skills and experience:

• A’ level of education or equivalent an advantage but not a prerequisite
• Proven track record of commercial delivery that ideally will include multi-site experience, but must be able to demonstrate strong people management skills
• Will hold proven experience of P&L management and consistent delivery against KPI’s that include cost and quality control
• Will be able to demonstrate strong commercial/financial acumen
• Background within compliance is essential (ideally dealt with CQC) and a clinical understanding would be ideal, however, role also represents opportunity for transition from a food or retail organisation
• Experience of dealing with clinicians or similar professionals
• At least some two years equivalent to fulfilling the role as practice manager
