Dental Business Manager - Winchester Area - Hampshire & Surrey
Salary £35,000 - £40,000
Flame Health are currently recruiting a Business Manager to look after two large mixed dental practices based in Hampshire and Surrey. The position will be to oversee and guide the complete teams within the practices, including two managers, reporting back to the directors on a monthly basis and providing complete financial reporting.
Candidates will ideally have previous medical or retail management experience, with proven successful business development achievements from past roles. They must have a good vision of how to move a business forward and execute this successfully.
This is a rare opportunity to join an up and coming company, as the role has capacity for growth and expansion along with sector high earnings. Salary is dependant on experienced and can be discussed at the interview stage.
The ideal individual will need to be a self-starter and act as a human dynamo to the business. You will need to treat this business as their own and take on the full responsibility of the running and continued success of the practices.
