Area Sales Account Manager -North-East
(To encompass; Co. Durham,Tyne & Wear, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk)
Flame Health Optical Sales are seeking an Area Sales Manager in the North-East region, for our client which is one of the UK’s leading prescription houses, who currently serve the needs of more than 500 independent optical practitioners and their patients. They’ve been in business for more than 30 years under the same experienced management and built a reputation for high quality and great service that has made us one of the fastest-growing independent prescription houses in the UK.
Your role as the Area Sales Account Manager will include being responsible for developing, building and maintaining relationships that will develop sales of the company’s branded product range within the Co. Durham,Tyne & Wear, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk regions.
You will:

• Be a qualified Dispensing Optician (or have significant optical experience)
• Hold an A-level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
• Be able to work on own initiative to tight deadlines
• Be able to communicate at all level both verbally and in writing
• Be able to effectively analyse and interpret data
• Have excellent time management and organisational skills
• Be computer literate
