Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN Qualified) - Hertfordshire (Older People)
Salary up to £32,000 plus excellent company benefits
Flame Care are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Nurse Manager, who is RGN qualified, for an expanding national organisation. This organisation provides privately funded services whilst also working in close partnership with Public Social and Healthcare organisations. This position will be based around the Watford area.
This is to work in a care home with nursing that provides accommodation for 65 service users. The home caters for Older People, Dementia, Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment and Alzheimers.
As the Deputy Home Manager you have responsibility for assisting in the management of a business and a team. As part of the leadership team you will be responsible for ensuring the whole facility operates effectively and ensuring that you deliver the very best quality care, whilst working within the defined company policies and procedures.
Ideal candidate:
- Must be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Hold a valid NMC Pin Number
- Previous supervisory experience
- Must have experience of staff management and use of quality assurance audit desired
- Experience of working within a care / nursing home environment with the elderly
- Experience of working with dementia is essential
This post is full time, working 40 hours per week and requires some flexibility.
