Excellent salary package of between £56, 670 - £61,012 plus Residential Allowance
Flame Care are currently looking to recruit a Head Teacher for a school based within Hampshire. This school caters for 7 – 19 years olds with a diagnosis which puts them in the average or upper ability range of the Autistic Spectrum, usually Asperger Syndrome or high functioning Autism.
For over 35 years our client has been providing specialist residential schools, care and education for children and young adults with autism, Asperger syndrome, severe learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs and their services are rated as ’trusted providers’ by Ofsted and CQC.
Ideal candidate:

•  NPQH or Principals Qualifying Programme
• Recognised Degree level teaching qualification or equivalent
• Management qualification desirable
• Experience of working / managing ASD schools
• Clean, current driving licence
