Care Centre Manager – Merseyside (Residential / Older People)
Flame Care are currently working with an independent provider of care services in the recruitment of a Care Centre Manager based within the Prescot area.
This is to work within a residential  care centre that provides accommodation and personal care for up to 45 older people. This care centres caters for older people with dementia, old age and physical disabilities.
The ideal Care Centre Manager will be able to take responsibility for the home, managing this business whilst leading a team and being responsible for ensuring the facility operates effectively and is delivering the very best quality care.
To be considered for this role you must be:

• Must hold a management qualified (NVQ 4 / RMA / Level 5)
• Previous Home Management experience is essential with a proven track record as a Home Manager
• Experienced manager with a suitable elder care background
• Salary is £25,000 with achievable opportunity to earn up to £550 per month on top of salary as part of care centre manager bonus scheme
