Flame Health Pharmacy are currently working with a client who is a national leader within the food sector and operates over 2000 stores across the UK, Ireland, Central Europe and Asia. They are currently expanding their existing pharmacy operation within the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and are looking for Support Pharmacists who want to develop themselves and the business, are passionate about providing excellent patient care and who are looking for a challenge within the sector of community pharmacy.
Your role within the operation will be diverse and will be based around delivering excellent patient care and helping to achieve the financial targets as agreed with the pharmacy operations team As a Support Pharmacist within this leading organisation, A passion for healthcare and the ability to make decisions and meet targets based on your personal experiences are essential.
Part of your pivotal role will also be to support the Pharmacy Manager to complete annual reviews for all Pharmacy team members and in scheduling the Pharmacy department to ensure staff work the right hours to support the operation.
