Deputy Home Manager (non-nurse) - Warwickshire
Salary £23,000 p.a.
Flame Care are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager (non-nurse) for an expanding national organisation, that provides privately funded services whilst also working in close partnership with Public Social and Healthcare organisations. This position is based within Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire.
This residential care home specialises in both elderly and dementia care, with a capacity of thirty-five residents. This home also caters for older people with Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment, Azheimer’s, Orthopaedic, Parkinson’s Disease and Strokes.
You will have the knowledge and understanding of quality care and be able to build relationships quickly and easily, ensure the smooth running of the home and liaise with internal and external staff
To be considered for this role you must be:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Previously worked within a supervisory role with a care home environment
• Must have experience of working within an older person residential setting
• Salary expectation up to £23,000 dependant on experience
