Flame Health Optometry are working on behalf of a client to recruit Optical Advisors to work for the largest and longest established national provider of home eye testing services, bringing urgently needed optometric services to those individuals who are unable to attend the High Street practitioner unattended.
Your role lies in delivering, fitting and adjusting prescription glasses in the patient’s home. In addition you will carry out Dispensing and "Aftercare" home visits, in the community. As an Optical Advisor you will have frequent contact with customers who have a range of optical needs that you need to be understanding of, and to a great extent be able to respond to and satisfy by offering the patient the opportunity to purchase all the complimentary products that would normally be available to them in the high street.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills, with empathy and patience and also at least 12 months experience working in the industry and a valid UK driving licence with at least 2 years experience.
