Hospital Director (Mental Health) – Cheshire
Salary of up to £75,000 (plus £6000 car allowance plus other company benefits)
Flame Care are currently working alongside a national provider of support for people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health problems, as well as those with behaviours that challenge. We are looking to recruit an experienced Hospital Director from either a clinical or commercial background.
This is to work within an independent adult and adolescent hospital that offers inpatient facilities for up to 50 patients plus a range of day care and outpatient services, specialising in the treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions including eating disorders and addictions.
Ideal candidate:

• A strong commercial background is essential whilst clinical experience would be desirable
• Must have extensive knowledge of mental health issues
• A proven track record of general management in either the public or private sector is essential
• Must have previous experience to date will have included roles where you can demonstrate a track record of successful service delivery, people management, budget control, business development and revenue generation
• Must have a passion for improving clinical quality and patient care
• Must be able to demonstrate project management skills and experience in leading and managing change
