Ward Manager (RMN) (Secure) - Surrey
Salary up to: £36,000 p.a
Flame Care are currently looking to recruit a Ward Manager for a 52-bed, low and medium secure hospital specialising in treating male patients aged 18+ who have been detained under the Mental Health Act and who will benefit from extended treatment and rehabilitation.
Ideal candidate:

• NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered)
• Extensive clinical and management experience
• Fine tuned decision making skills
• Effective organisational capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong “can do” attitude
• A role model to other staff - providing advice and support to promote good practice
• Enable and encourage team members to expand and develop their own competencies
