Dementia Service Manager Opportunity - South Essex (Covering 10 Care Homes)
Salary £32,000 p.a.
Flame Care are currently looking to recruit a Dementia Services Manager for a national organisation. This organisation provides privately funded services whilst also working in close partnership with Public Social and Healthcare organisations.
This is a fantastic brand new opportunity for a Dementia Services Manager to join the expanding dementia services team and help the organisation to become a centre of excellence for dementia care.
This role will be to cover 10 homes across the south Essex area (Rochford / Rayleigh / Hadleigh / Thurrock). You will be  working in each home alongside staff and residents, to assess how person-centred the care approach is.
Ideal Candidate:

• You will either be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or possess qualifications in dementia care
• Must have experience of working within a care home environment
• Experience at a supervisory level
• Must have a passion for dementia care
• A full driving licence is essential
• Must be flexible to travel across counties

Fantastic salary of £32,000 plus benefits. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
