We are thrilled to announce that we have recently passed the REC's (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) Compliance Test with flying colours!
As mentioned in the REC's New Year update, 2014 was a fantastic year for the UK recruitment industry and it is now bigger than ever. This trend looks set to continue throughout 2015, which means compliance is becoming an increasingly important issue.
As a result of the REC's Compliance Test this year, 200 recruitment businesses had their memberships retracted for failing to pass. As well as this, the REC have refused membership to 60 organisations in the last two years who applied to join but failed to demonstrate that they are compliant with their Code of Professional Conduct.
