Registered Children's Home Manager Opportunity - South-West
Salary up to £35,000 p.a.
Flame Care are currently working with a mental health and learning disabilities company that provides Supported Living, Domiciliary Care (Home Care), Residential, Day Opportunities and Respite/Short Breaks. They are currently opening up their first children’s home based within Dorset, that will cater for children with Learning Disabilities and Autism. They are looking to recruit a strong manager with experience of managing Children’s Homes.
Ideal candidates:

• QCF Diploma level 5 in relevant care/children & young people related area or Diploma in Social Work or equivalent required qualification
• You will have experience within a related operational environment, including experience managing a number of staff
• Places high quality outcomes at the heart of everything in the residential home
• Has a background in special needs including perhaps a higher qualification
• Has good commercial understanding with experience in managing a budget and able to lead the strategic development of your service
• Must hold a clean driving licence
