Managing Director Of Operations Opportunity - Yorkshire / North-East
Fantastic salary of up to £70,000 p.a.
Flame Care are currently working with a national care and nursing home organisation that operates residential, nursing and specialist care centres in England. The company is expanding and we are looking to recruit a Managing Director of Operations to join the senior management team. This position will primarily cover all homes across the South Yorkshire and North-East regions.
As the Managing Director of Operations, you will be an outstanding individual with a proven track record in the Care Home sector. Your main responsibility will be to lead the group to the next stage of development and expansion.
Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience at Operational management level
• A recognised clinical qualification, (RMN, RGN, CQSW etc)
• An in depth working knowledge of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulations 2010)
• A proven track record of building positive relationships with CQC and local authorities
• Multi-site management experience
• Must have strong leadership skills, as well as business management and marketing expertise, with a high level of commercial awareness
• Sound financial management skills
• Ability to motivate teams to meet company targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a strong work ethic
• The ability to take a hands-on proactive approach
• A proven track record in managing performance
• The ability to work as a team player

The company offers a pension scheme and six weeks holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
The main operating areas for this position are the North-East (Newcastle / Sunderland / Darlington) and South Yorkshire (Sheffield) as well as locations in-between. A 'base' office will be assigned to you, close to where you live. This is a mobile position and will require extensive travel.
