Salary up to £35,000
Flame Care are currently looking to recruit a Dementia Services Manager for an expanding national organisation. This organisation provides privately funded services whilst also working in close partnership with Public Social and Healthcare organisations.
This is a fantastic, brand new opportunity for a Dementia Services Manager to join the expanding dementia services team and help the organisation to become a centre of excellence for dementia care. This will be to cover 10 homes across Norfolk (2 nursing homes), Suffolk (1 residential home) and North Essex (7 residential homes). You will be involved in working in each home alongside staff and residents, to assess how person centred the care approach is.
Ideal candidate:

• You will either be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or possess qualifications in dementia care
• Must have experience of working within a care home environment
• Experience at a supervisory level
• Must have a passion for dementia care
• A full driving licence is essential
• Must be flexible to travel across counties

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
