Salary up to £23,000 p.a.
Flame Care are currently looking to recruit a Senior Operations Assistant for an expanding national care organisation. This organisation provides privately funded services whilst also working in close partnership with Public Social and Healthcare organisations.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Operations Assistant to provide secretarial support to the Directors and work very closely with the P.A. to the Directors. You will need to have the confidence to make this role your own and you will need to be able to manage an extremely busy work load in a professional and efficient way.
Ideal candidate:

• Ideally come from a background within the private sector (Care homes)
• Must have a good standard of English, Maths and IT skills including Excel and Powerpoint
• Must be confident, methodical and organised
• Very resilient with the ability to work under pressure
• A quick learner who is very adaptable to new surroundings
• Key skills will include being; organised, efficient, able to work to tight deadlines, multi tasking and work to own initiative
• The ideal candidate will be someone who has previously worked and is comfortable within a fast pace environment, who has the ability to prioritise own workload and stay calm under pressure

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (40 hours per week).
