Home Manager (RGN) Opportunity - Essex 
Salary up to £50,000 p.a.
Flame Care have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager, who is RGN qualified, to work for an expanding organisation. This position is based in Harlow, Essex. This is to work in a large 106 bedded care home that caters for older people, dementia, general nursing, physical disability and sensory impairment.
To be considered for this role you must:

• Be either a residential home manager or an RGN qualified manager
• Have finance experience as you’ll be tasked in managing and maintain the financial budget within the home
• Have a Leadership and Management Award / Registered Manager Award
• Have previous experience of managing a large care home - this is essential
• Have experience of working with older people and dementia
