Deputy Director (RGN) of Care Services Opportunity - National (Including Northern Ireland)
Salary £60,000 p.a.
This is a fantastic brand new opportunity for a Deputy Director of Care Services. Working in partnership and supporting the Director of Care Services on a national scale, you will provide strong, visible, professional leadership within the organisation across all services (residential and nursing homes).
Focused on ensuring the improvement of resident outcomes and experiences, you will:

• Support the Director of Care Services
• Ensure strategies are in place to deliver measurable and sustainable improvement in quality and safety in line with local and national best practice standards
• Ensure comprehensive line management of teams of registered and support staff
• Efficiently and effectively manage resources and hold budgets
• Develop and build the professional workforce in line with service users needs
• Develop, implement and evaluate innovative models of care delivery to meet the changing needs of the residents

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Must have a valid NMC Pin Number
• Hold a level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and social care services or have the relevant experience and be willing to work towards the level 5 diploma
• Experience of working within a care / nursing home environment is essential
• Multisite management experience is also essential for this position
• A full driving licence is essential
• Must be flexible to travel across the country, including Northern Ireland
