Registered Children's Home Manager Opportunity - Devon
Salary up to £40,000 p.a.
Flame Care are currently working alongside an established care and education provider for children and young people, in recruiting a Registered Children’s Home Manager to join a brand new home that is opening in the Chelfham area. The home will cater for children who have complex learning disabilities including BESD (behavioural, emotional and social difficulties) and autism.
The ideal candidate:

• Hold either a NVQ Level 4 Management or NVQ 4 Care, and/or RMA
• Have knowledge of the Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000 Children’s Home Regulations and Safeguarding children procedures
• Previous Home Management experience within a children’s home is essential as well as being previously registered with Ofsted as a Manager
• Experience of marketing and promoting the home
