Associate Specialist Opportunity - Mid Wales
Salary £75,000 p.a.
Flame Care have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Specialist to join an expanding mental health organisation. This opportunity is based within Mid Wales. This is to work within a hospital facility that provides a specialist treatment and rehabilitation service (including locked rehabilitation) for men with complex mental health problems and co-morbid conditions such as learning disability, personality disorder and substance misuse.
Applicants must:

• Have completed ten years’ medical work since obtaining a primary medical qualification accepted by the General Medical Council (GMC) for full registration on the Principal List
• Have served a minimum of four years at Registrar, Specialist Registrar or Staff grade, at least two of which should have been in the appropriate specialty
• Have passed the MRCPsych Examinations or equivalent
• Possess an up to date CPD portfolio in line with Royal College of Psychiatry requirements
• Be Section 12 Approved with current up to date Approval
• Possess full registration with the GMC on the Principal List
• Hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to a vehicle on a daily basis
• Specialist Registration would be an advantage but is not essential
