Flame Health Pharmacy are currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Director role within a new and fast growing entrepreneurial business serving its local community in Dundee and the care home sector across the East of Scotland. This is an exciting time to join our client to lead a great team in day-to-day service delivery but also in the continued expansion of the business both locally and nationally.
The role itself will be a challenging and engaging role which will need someone who is passionate about healthcare and the provision of excellent service within the community. You will be someone who can demonstrate a successful track record in excellent customer service, able to network effectively and build the business along with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships to ensure business success. Ideally you will have experience of the care home sector and the provision of services to this sector and also be able to evidence local market place business links for the benefit of the business.
As the Pharmacy Director you will receive a base salary and a benefits package which includes:
