Home Manager Opportunity - Nottingham
Salary of up to £36,000 p.a. plus benefits
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday with on-call duties
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Flame Care have just taken on this brand new opportunity! We are looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager for an expanding national organisation. This position is based in Nottingham.
This position is to work in a 60 + bed residential care home that caters for older people, dementia and physical disabilities.
The ideal Home Manager will be able to take responsibility for managing this business whilst leading a team and being responsible for ensuring the facility operates effectively and is delivering the very best quality care.
To be considered for this role you must have:

• Previous experience of managing residential homes
• Registered Manager Award (LMCS level 5) / NVQ Level 4 is desirable
• Experience of marketing care homes
