Flame Care are currently working on this fantastic opportunity in Cambridgeshire. The role is to work for a national care organisation as an RGN qualified Deputy Manager in the March area. The home is large with 95 beds and it provides excellent standards of nursing and residential care for residents with dementia.
You should have a good knowledge and understanding of quality nursing care, be able to build relationships quickly and easily, ensure the smooth running of the home and liaise with internal and external staff.
Candidates must have good clinical/leadership skills and be a qualified RGN registered with the NMC.
