GP Clinical Lead (Lead GP) Jobs In Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Flame Health is currently recruiting a GP Clinical Lead (Lead GP) to provide medical leadership for the delivery of safe, efficient, reliable and quality care within a modern health centre based in Milton Keynes. You will be required to deliver 10 sessions per week inc Clinical Lead time = 40hrs per week
Our Client is a Leading Healthcare Provider that works closely with local teams to manage GP Surgeries, Walk in Centres and Community based Outpatient Clinics on behalf of the NHS across the UK.
• 10 sessions inc clinical lead time = 40 hrs per week
• Package circa 95 - 100K
• Some late and weekend flexibility as site is open 8-8 365 days, has a small WI element attached mainly NP delivered but is GP led
• Care home attached to contract
• Ability to supervise a GP who has been granted a performer number but requires supervision for 6 months as worked outside UK
• Ability to lead clinical team and work with PM, Lead Nurse and Lead Receptionist – would be working with 2 other GPs and NP, nurse/HCA team plus some SE/locum cover for hols and some weekends perhaps.
• Local engagement – willing to attend meetings
•Pharmacy across car park
• Situated in a developing residential area – excellent patient base and still growing
