Majority Of Employers Plan To Increase Numbers Of Permanent Staff
Flame Health were pleased to discover that the JobsOutlook Survey conducted by the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) has revealed that of the 600 employers which took part, the majority of them plan to either maintain or increase numbers of permanent staff in the next 3 months.
Although a rise in unemployment was announced by the ONS (Office for National Statistics) last week, it is important to note that employment figures had also risen.
The JobsOutlook Survey reported that 61% of employers asked planned to increase numbers of permanent staff, and 55% planned to maintain the current level.
