Flame Care are proud to currently be working alongside a privately owned care home business in recruiting a Deputy Manager for their Care Home in Kent.
This care home offers different levels of care to suit a range of needs, from nursing and palliative care to residential and dementia care.
As the Deputy, you will support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the care home. You will work with the General Manager to regularly monitor all areas of the home to ensure that the highest achievable standards of care are delivered.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of quality nursing care and be able to build relationships quickly and easily, ensuring the smooth running of the home.
