Regional Director Opportunity Within The UK Veterinary Sector

Flame Health Executive are currently exclusively recruiting for a Regional Director role within the UK Veterinary sector.
Our Client is one of the UK’s market leaders in the provision of veterinary services and they have built a reputation for developing bright and ambitious people and due to their continued growth plans they have opportunities for regional directors nationwide.
You will be responsible for a cluster of veterinary practices within a specified region; working closely with the clinical teams, driving both business and clinical excellence forward. You will assume personal responsibility for maintaining, developing and expanding your region’s existing portfolio of practices together with future acquisitions. The ability to develop business plans and initiatives that will maximise the potential of your area together with experience of managing geographically dispersed teams, at a number of business premises is crucial.
Multi site retail management experience is a pre-requisite as is the drive and determination to succeed within a challenging and vibrant work environment.
