Flame Health Pharmacy are currently looking for a highly motivated Pharmacy Manager who will make a real difference.
In this role, you will manage the department and develop individual staff competence, as well as a high-performing Pharmacy team, making sure you implement and share best practices. Focusing on the day-to-day business, as well as medium-term operation, you will be expected to regularly audit staff, services, systems, records and standards.
Relationships with the community are extremely important in this role, and you will play a big part in this for the company; they proudly represent what a pharmacy is all about: being at the heart of the community.
Of course you will need to be a qualified Pharmacist registered with the GPHC, with management experience.
