Exclusive Out of Hours GP Opportunity - Bury St Edmunds
Flame Health are currently working alongside an independent provider of urgent care services in England, reaching over eight million patients with over 15 years experience of delivering GP out of hours services across England.
You will deliver out of hours urgent care. This post may require a doctor to be based at a primary care centre, in a call centre, or in a visiting service.
You will visit and consult with those patients whose clinical details are passed from the call centre following nurse triage assessment, or via the Co-ordinator.
You will advise patients over the telephone, after referral from NHS Direct or another a call centre, who require GP advice.
Flexibility is paramount as the hours of work may include evening, weekend and overnight sessions on a rota, and/or a first and second on call cover. Some daytime session cover may also be required.
