Flame Health Dentistry – Weekly Department Update

Flame Health Dentistry have had a fantastic week.
2 placements were made this week by David Holden. He placed a lab office manager and a private orthodontist. We hope both candidates enjoy their new roles.
The team have acquired two new opportunities. An associate is required in the North Yorkshire Moors area. This role has an excellent UDA value. The team also have a new cosmetic nurse opportunity in a private cosmetic clinic in Newcastle. If you would like to discus either opportunities then please get in contact today.

After a good visit to a client’s private practice on Tuesday, David was able to meet with two new private dentists and a practice manager he placed there.  With the change of individuals within the practice the whole dynamic, service offering and profitability of the practice has changed for the better. He is looking to speak with other private practice owners who feel their practice needs refreshing and some new talent bringing in.
He also had another good meeting in London on Tuesday with an exclusive Business Coach. This is a new arm of Flame Health’s service offering to clients.  David is keen to speak with any clients who would like support and training from the industry’s finest in private selling, patient attraction strategy and marketing, cash flow and accounting.
