Flame Health Pharmacy are currently recruiting for this rare position of Pharmacy Regional Development Manager covering Warrington, St Helens and the Wigan area Our well established Client is looking for an experienced Regional manager to deliver and exceed profit and sales targets for the region by leading, managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the day to day operations of a geographically determined region of branches.
You will visit assigned branches on an agreed weekly cycle, in consultation with the Divisional Operations Manager, to coach, support, challenge and develop Branch Managers and branch staff on business development, whilst leading and coaching the team within the branches to improve personal performance and meet business objectives.
This Regional manager role would be suited to somebody who has a keen interest in the Pharmaceutical/ Health care Industry who is looking to develop into a senior managerial role and has the motivation to coach and develop their team.
