Cosmetic Surgery Opportunity – Business Manager Role – Dublin Medical Sales Exp Essential ?40,000

As a Business Manager reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability of the clinic and ensuring that all sales targets are maintained to achieve key performance indicators in line with company objectives. You will manage clinic diaries to ensure maximum availability for the clinical staff along with ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and supported to perform their role. In addition you will ensure company and clinical policies are adhered to at all times and in line with the UK Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements. Your Key duties will also involve the management of clinic banking and reconciliation. Exceptional communication skills are essential as you will be expected to create relationships with the line mangers, surgeons and liaise with all company departments. Candidates will ideally be educated to a degree level with proven management experience. Medical sales experience is essential as is a sound knowledge of the clinical environment. This role requires the successful candidate to be a great leader in order to motivate all staff within this busy sales environment. A business Manager must be commercially astute with a proven knowledge and understanding of profit and loss as well as excellent computer skills.
