We have just been instructed on a new opportunity for an optometrist based in Harrogate. North Yorkshire. 

Our client has a proven track record in developing and providing excellent career paths for optometrists through their recognised training and development channels. The practice is complemented by an experienced and supportive team, which includes other resident Optometrists. 

The support team will assist you in your optometric duties; they will complete a full comprehensive pre-screening process with each patient. You will have access to the latest clinical technology within the practice including OCT, together with a modern fully air-conditioned environment ensuring that you are as comfortable as possible. 

The optometrist team is complemented with colleagues who are extremely active in all areas of optics, carrying out enhanced services (EOS) Minor Eye Conditions Services (MECS) and CET accreditation events. This combined and cohesive team approach ensure a fully tailored service is delivered to all patients.

Our client is passionate about the clinical development of their optometrist team; as a new Optometrist, they would support you with additional courses and niche specialisms that interest you. Whatever your ambition, from MECS Accreditation, Independent Prescribing (IP) to paediatric accreditations or enhanced optical services, we’ll do everything we can to help you be the best clinician you can be.
