Our client is a great independent practice and you will enjoy the benefit of working in a comfortable and friendly environment
This forward thinking practice aim to provide a service beyond today’s standards and are known for being very customer focused, with a great reputation
As an Optical Practice Manager you will be expected to coach, mentor and develop your small practice team alongside the director
You will have excellent communication and listening skills and have the ability to build relationships with your clients, peers and team members.
You will also be able to diagnose and solve problems, plan, prioritise workloads, share responsibilities accordingly and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
You will of course manage the practice performance and ensure that the practice is adhering to all operational standards set
