Our client is a well established Independent Optician that prides itself on delivering first class eye care to the local community, they have continued to invest in the latest optical technology and have a fantastic range of equipment making your everyday role easier 
They are currently looking for an experienced Practice manager  to work in this popular Leigh on sea practice 

As a Practice Manager, you will be passionate to deliver outstanding patient care, combined with sound dispensing advice and product recommendations that best suit individual customer needs. Alongside this, you will assist the Store Director in the management of store operations in order to achieve excellent customer service, financial goals and business objectives.

In addition to the high quality surroundings my client’s aim is to provide both their store staff and their customers with an excellent overall environment.

All their practices are well equipped with a fantastic range of designer frames and a diverse range of lenses, you will also benefit from OCT and Humphreys Field analysers to ensure you are able to provide a first class, comprehensive service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all patients  are dealt with efficiently and effectively
• Understand and motivate store staff to get results
• Create a culture of ‘Customer First’ in store
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Training skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well with a diverse team

You must have prior or current experience in the optical industry as a supervisor or manager 

As standard, you will receive a full induction into the business, 
together with training & development using all equipment and processes within the business
