Job Overview
Flame Health’s Audiology Division is delighted to be supporting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audiology Area Manager to join a market-leading Independent Audiology provider, working across Bristol and the surrounding area.
Our client has been providing high-quality hearing care solutions since 1998 and is widely recognised for delivering premium hearing aids, safe ear wax removal, and evidence-based tinnitus therapy. Position: Audiology Area Manager
Location: Bristol (working across multiple sites)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Bonus: Performance-related bonus available
Working Pattern: Flexible working hours with hybrid working options
Driving Licence: Essential

Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Audiologist
• Audiology Degree or Foundation Degree in Hearing Aid Audiology
• HCPC registration (preferred)
• Previous management experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Ability to plan, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity with a commitment to clinical governance
• Full UK driving licence
