GP Trainer / Lead GP - Western-Super-Mare - Somerset
Salary up to  £120,000 plus benefits!
Flame Health are currently working with an established, leading healthcare provider in Somerset that is the only surgery locally to have been awarded Outstanding by the CQC. The location was previously a GP training practice, and our client are interested in speaking to GPs who either are qualified to train or are looking to be funded to become a trainer, to return the practice to a training location will full deanery backing.
Our Client is seeking an experienced GP, with a minimum of five years experience, to work and Lead within this community Health & Living Centre, fully supported by an experienced clinical team of ANPs, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and of course other full and part time experienced GP’s.
The practice is open 8.00am-6.30pm Mon - Fri but flexibility in shift patterns are negotiable and will be considered. This is a Forward thinking practice - looking to implement further joined up thinking with other NHS services and community projects.
The successful GP will be passionate about Healthcare and be keen to develop & work as part of this dynamic and friendly team. To be considered for this role you must be:

• A qualified and sufficiently experienced General Practitioner
• Registered with the GMC
• Eligible to work in The UK, Tier 2 sponsorship could be provided
• Experienced Trainer or have the desire to train, mentor and guide other GPs
• Someone with entrepreneurial flair to grow the services and become involved with growing the Group
