They are looking for a confident and career focused Practice Manager to join their fantastic team in Stoke Newington and assist them in ensuring every single one of their customers receives the very best patient experience.

They are community focused and need someone ready to use their passion, skills and experience to support building their expanding and loyal customer base.

Duties include but are not limited to leading team (development + motivation), meeting performance KPIs, maintaining and raising high standards for governance, customer service and operational processes, and promoting the business to the local community.

Looking for a manager who is passionate about ensuring every interaction with the customers is special and giving the highest level of care as well as bringing the best out of their team members to develop a culture of high performance.
