Optometry awareness for students
It is great to hear that The University of Bradford are interested in speaking to students to give them awareness of optometry as a career option. Flame Health are happy to hear that the University are giving insight into careers to the youth of today, especially due to the issues within unemployment at the moment.
If you are a 6th form student studying science based A Levels then this would be a great conference to go to. The University are holding the 3 hour conference on 27th June and will consist of students learning more about the role of an optometrist and some hands on experience of clinical tests. A tour of the campus and eye clinic will also be included in the conference.
