Dental Practice Manager Opportunity Within North Essex / South Cambridgeshire Area

This position comes with a fantastic salary up to £32,000!

This role requires at least 2 years experience in a managerial role.

This is a flexible part-time position, (estimated at 20 hours per week) offering fantastic opportunities, a great working environment and a salary of up to £15 per hour, depending on experience. Exact days and hours are to be agreed, but there will be some Saturday morning commitment .
You must be a confident team player and ready to manage our existing team of 2 dentists, 2 nurses, a receptionist, a therapist and a hygienist. You will already be au fait with CQC expectations, and will have proven skills to implement and manage systems to achieve required outcomes. You must be familiar with HTM01-05 and ideally will have a dental nursing background. You must have a working knowledge of current employment law and be familiar with health and safety protocols. Ideally you must also be familiar with the SoE dental software.
You must have a logical mind, and the ability to follow a task through from the planning stage to completion, whilst also being able to delegate tasks to other team members as required. You must be willing to challenge the status quo and look for opportunities for the business to maximise income and profit, whilst ensuring that we always offer a consistent first class patient experience. You must be confident to manage staff performance, set achievable targets and hire and fire as the team changes and develops.
You will need to understand how to generate income whilst controlling costs. You’ll must also be familiar with the practice numbers, and be able to alert the principal appropriately when something needs to be changed. You must be comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients and of course our practice team.
