Dual-Site Practice Manager - Canterbury Area
Flame Health Dentistry are currently looking to recruit a Dual-site Dental Practice Manager, to work over 2 practices for this practice in the South-East Kent area.
Approximately 37.5 - 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, as well as being available to work extended hours when required.
You will be responsible for managing the whole practice team, with a view to growth, to meet operational, performance and financial targets within Company expectations, values and policies.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues and associate organizations and the ability to gain trust and confidence.
In reward the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive annual salary up to £30,000 but is negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience.
