New Opportunity! – Optical Patient Services Manager Vacancy Across 3 Locations
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week
Flame Health Optometry are currently recruiting for a Patient Services Manager to join a highly regarded Private Healthcare Clinic who specialise in Ophthalmology, in particular Cornea, Refractive Surgery and Anterior Segment Diseases. They are considered within the Ophthalmic industry to be the “centre of excellence” as patients are regularly referred to them both nationally and internationally.
You will be employed as a Patient Services Manager with our client working as part of a team across their 3 locations including East Grinstead, Surrey and Greater London. You will be responsible for ensuring that our client delivers an excellent level of services to their patients at all times. This will be done by managing and developing a team of Patient Coordinators across their 3 clinics to ensure a high level of customer service throughout the patient’s journey from start to finish.
On offer is a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus company benefits.
We are looking for a positive and optimistic individual who has experience in working within the healthcare or optical industry within a Patient Services Manager role or similar. As this is a multi-site management position you must have previous experience of managing a large team. You must have good attention to deal, an understanding of working within healthcare, an understanding of patient confidentially as well as the ability to lead and develop others.
