Recruitment Resourcer Wanted! – Nottingham (Part time)

Flame Health is currently recruiting for a Part Time Resourcer to join Flame Health in their head office team in Nottingham.
Based in our Lace Market offices in the centre of Nottinghams creative Quarter, you role will be to resource candidates for our clients vacancies within the UK Healthcare sector. Contacting candidates primarily by phone, you will be gaining rapport, understanding requirements and matching them to what is required before passing them on to the recruitment team.
The ideal candidate will have an existing background within the recruitment sector in a Resourcing capacity or used to a outbound sales environment, be IT literate to a high standard and have previous experience of working with web based programs. An excellent telephone manner is also a prerequisite.
